The theme of this exhibited project of the biennale of architecture and urbanism "Refabricating City", intends to highlight the urban life fabricated through the interwearing of buildings among Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay. The exhibition took place in The Central Police Station Compound as an attempt to demostrate how a heritage site can be sympathetically reinvigorated to enhance the cultural life of the city
